All orders will be shipped with a 5.3% sales tax. Sales tax does not apply on international orders.

We will issue a price adjustment if the purchase was made within seven days of the item going on sale.

All orders will ship within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

All orders will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 1-3 days and international shipping 6-10 days.

All items on our website are items that are in stock and we ship within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Should you purchase an item and change your mind, if the item has not shipped, you will be able to cancel your order and obtain a refund. Please send an email to novablueboutique@gmail.com.

Should you receive a damaged item, you must contact Nova Blue Boutique within 3 days of delivery with clear pictures that show the damage to the item you have received. Once we have reviewed the picture(s) and agree to accept the damaged item back, we will provide a pre-paid label for you. The item must be shipped back in the condition it was received with all original packaging and tags or it will be denied. Once the item is received by us in the stated condition, we will issue you a refund or credit.

If you received an incorrect order, you must return it to us in the same condition it was sent to you in with original packaging and tags. Nova Blue Boutique will provide a pre-paid label for approved items received in error. Please be sure to email a picture of the incorrect item(s) and the invoice to novablueboutique@gmail.com
If there is an item missing from an order that was shipped, we require a copy of the original invoice and picture of what was received. You may email this to us at novablueboutique@gmail.com so that we may send you the correct item. No shipping fees will incur.

Nova Blue Boutique is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You will need to contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 and provide them with your tracking details. If USPS has confirmed that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you will need to initiate a package claim with them.

We do offer in-person payments for items. Should you wish to pay in-person with cash or credit/debit card, please select the "Offline Payment" option at check out and there will be clear directions as to how to proceed.
